Prepare a useful project enquiry
A clear enquiry makes it easier to understand the work, identify missing information, and compare the next steps.
A verified public email address, phone number, and office address are not currently available on this website. An online enquiry form is not enabled. Please use an independently verified contact channel if you already have one.
Information to assemble
- Location and access: the project area, site access restrictions, and whether the building is occupied.
- Building type: residential, commercial, hospitality, or another intended use.
- Scope: new construction, extension, refurbishment, or specific rooms and systems.
- Existing information: drawings, surveys, photos you are authorised to share, and known issues.
- Priorities: essential outcomes, preferred timing, and a preliminary budget range if available.
- Decisions required: the advice or proposal you are requesting.
A simple enquiry outline
“I am planning a [project type] in [area]. The main work involves [scope]. The building is [occupied/unoccupied], and I have [drawings or survey information]. My priorities are [outcomes]. I would like to understand [next step or question].”
Share only what is needed
Start with general project information. Avoid sharing identity documents, financial records, access codes, or other sensitive material until the recipient and the reason for requesting it have been verified.
